Ingredients
- 1 loaf (1 lb) unsliced French bread
- 3 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/3 cup prepared pesto
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup artichoke hearts rinsed, drained, and chopped
- 1/2 cup ripe olives chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes oil-packed, finely chopped
- 4 med tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumble
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions
- Cut bread in half lengthwise and then in half width wise. Combine Butter EVOO and garlic; brush over cut sides of bread. Place on two ungreased baking sheets.
- Spread with pesto and spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices.
