Ingredients
- spinach
- 1 c Raspberries
- 1 c blackberries
- 1 peach
- 1/2 c toasted almonds
- 1/2 c feta cheese
Dressing
- 1/2 c Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1/4 c Peach Balsamic
- 1/4 c Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Shallots diced very small

- In a big bowl add fresh spinach, the berries, feta cheese, fresh peach and the toasted almonds. Pour the dressing in it and enjoy it.
