Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- 1 large Onion chopped, reserve 1/2 for salad
- 1 Jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Chipotle Olive Oil (green chile, or cayenne)
- 2 Tbsp Taco Blend
- 1 16 oz Black Beans rinsed and drained
- 1 head iceberg lettuce head or choice, chopped
- 1 14.5 oz package tortilla chips crushed
- 2 c Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 c tomatoes chopped
- 4 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 c Prepared Salsa

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle pan with oil, and brown the beef. Drain excess fat. Add a portion of the onions, and pepper, stir in the seasoning.
- Layer lettuce, onion, beans, prepared beef, cheese, and tomatoes. Toss with dressing. Add chips. Stir just before serving. Top with sour cream and salsa.
