  1. To make this vinaigrette, measure and combine all the ingredients together including the oils and blend very well.
  2. Twist: Great for sub sandwiches. Pairs well salad of romaine, fresh tomatoes and shredded Parmesan cheese and some raw vegetables. Excellent marinade for chicken or pork.
  3. Try with a white balsamic vinegar for a slightly sweeter version. Added flavor with an infused oil would complement this dressing

  1. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl. Add green onions, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper, radishes, parsley, cheese, and olives. Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper, blending well. Pour dressing over salad just before serving and toss lightly but thoroughly.
  2. Twist: Use Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, or for a crisper flavor use a White Balsamic -- plain or flavored.

  1. To make this vinaigrette, simply measure and add everything except the olive oil in a container and blend well. Slowly add the olive oil and blend well again
  2. Twist: This red fleshed specialty orange is delicious! Great on salad of crisp lettuce with grilled shrimp, red onion, toasted almonds, feta cheese and grape tomatoes.

  1. Measure all ingredients together and blend everything EXCEPT the cheese. Crumble this well and mix in by hand. If you blend it, the vinaigrette will become creamy.
  2. Twist: Add tomatoes, cucumber slices or red onions. Also pairs nicely as a topper for grilled steak, or chicken wings

  1. * If you are using fresh or frozen berries, you'll want to cook and strain them and add a little honey or sugar. The jam is ready to use. All ingredients can be put together in one container, blend well.
  2. Twist: Toss with salad, drizzle over fresh fruit salad with grilled shrimp or chicken. (be sure to marinate the meat in the vinaigrette first). Add cayenne pepper, jalapenos, dried red chilies, to create a slight heat to the dressing.

  1. Measure all the ingredients. Blend all ingredients. Taste; add more honey if needed. The amount of honey can also be lessened from the start if you like a really strong vinegar taste. Sugar can be substituted for honey-start with 1 Tbl. Add the olive oil and blend well again.
  2. Twist: Any type of lettuce and vegetable combinations pair wonderfully. Goes well with chicken or fish.

  1. Soak the ancho chilies in hot water for 1 hour or in tap water over night. Drain well and remove the stems and seeds. Chop. Blend with vinegar and strain. Add all the other ingredients and blend well. The oils can be added at the start. If you want a little more kick add some crushed red chilies or cayenne pepper.
  2. Twist: Used on pasta salad or greens of choice. For added heartiness, add chicken or beef.

  1. Broil peppers 4 in. from the heat until skins blister, about 5 minutes. With tongs, rotate peppers a quarter turn. Broil and rotate until all sides are blistered and blackened. Immediately place peppers in a large bowl; cover and let stand for 20 minutes or wrap in paper towel and place in plastic bag.
  2. Peel off and discard charred skin. Remove stems and seeds. Cut the peppers into thin strips; place in a large bowl. Add onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper and salt; pour over pepper mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, allow peppers to come to room temperature. Place on a serving plate; top with tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
  5. Twist: Use Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Basil olive Oil, or for a fresh twist, Dill Olive Oil. Pairing with choice balsamic vinegar: Cranberry Pear, Pomegranate Quince, Juniper Berry, Black Cherry
