Mix sugar, mustard, paprika, salt and celery seeds. Add honey, vinegar, lemon and onion. Slowly beat oil into dressing. Makes 2 cups.

Blend eggs with lemon olive oil. Slowly add EVOO. Blend until smooth. Add salt, red pepper, and onion salt to taste.
Twist: use Butter Olive Oil for a creamy, buttery sauce
