Ingredients
- 2/3 c Sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1/3 c honey
- 3 tbsp Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp Hojiblanca EVOO

- Mix sugar, mustard, paprika, salt and celery seeds. Add honey, vinegar, lemon and onion. Slowly beat oil into dressing. Makes 2 cups.
