This is our FAVORITE pesto recipe!   We eat it with crackers, cucumbers, on sandwiches, and panini!

  1. Place the first three ingredients into a food processor. Blend. Drizzle oils on pesto, add cheese and blend again.

  1. * If you are using fresh or frozen berries, you'll want to cook and strain them and add a little honey or sugar. The jam is ready to use. All ingredients can be put together in one container, blend well.
  2. Twist: Toss with salad, drizzle over fresh fruit salad with grilled shrimp or chicken. (be sure to marinate the meat in the vinaigrette first). Add cayenne pepper, jalapenos, dried red chilies, to create a slight heat to the dressing.

  1. Blend eggs with lemon olive oil. Slowly add EVOO. Blend until smooth. Add salt, red pepper, and onion salt to taste.
  2. Twist: use Butter Olive Oil for a creamy, buttery sauce
