Hollandaise Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 c Lemon Olive Oil
- 1/4 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Arbosana, Arbequina
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Blend eggs with lemon olive oil. Slowly add EVOO. Blend until smooth. Add salt, red pepper, and onion salt to taste.
- Twist: use Butter Olive Oil for a creamy, buttery sauce
