Ham & Multi-Bean Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bubble Bath Beans
- 2 Tbsp Butter Olive Oil
- 1 lb ham diced
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 1 medium carrot, coined
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 4 c Chicken Stock
- 1/2 c tomato juice
- 4 medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic & Herb Blend
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Pizza style crushed pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Himalayan Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Soak the beans in water 24-48 hours. In a large pot over medium heat, warm oil and add ham, onion, carrot and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onions become translucent. Add ingredients beans to Worcestershire Sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer, for an hour. Add remaining flavoring ingredients. Simmer for an hour more. May need to adjust flavors before serving.
