Maple Bourbon Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/2 sleeve cracker rounds
- 2 slices Cinnamon swirl bread soaked in milk
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Seed Mustard
- 1 tsp bourbon
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar Traditional, Juniper Berry, Red Apple
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/3 c Pure Maple Syrup Balsamic
- 1 tsp Garlic Blend

Instructions
- Sautee onions in garlic olive oil, and let cool. In a large bowl blend all ingredients. Once blended rub 8 x8 baking dish with more garlic olive oil and press meatloaf mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until center is done. Serve with Gouda mashed Potatoes or Gouda Mashed Potato Cakes
