Creamy Goat Cheese Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 c fresh basil packed
- 1/2 c Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese grated
- 8 oz Chevre goat cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Blend ingredients in food processor or blender until a smooth paste. Use immediately as a dip, spread or served over hot pasta.
- Twist: Basil Olive Oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil may be substituted. Be sure to add a clove of garlic if you use these.
