A beautiful addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner — or even a SNACK!!
Ingredients
- 2 red apples cored and diced
- 2 pears cored and diced
- 4 clementine oranges peeled, separated
- 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- 1 c pomegranate seeds
- 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup Balsamic
- 1 Tbsp Persian Lime Oil

Instructions
- Combine fruit portions of the salad in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the balsamic and oil. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Serve immediately.
