Mix sugar, mustard, paprika, salt and celery seeds. Add honey, vinegar, lemon and onion. Slowly beat oil into dressing. Makes 2 cups.

Instructions
To make this vinaigrette, simply measure and add everything except the olive oil in a container and blend well. Slowly add the olive oil and blend well again
Twist: This red fleshed specialty orange is delicious! Great on salad of crisp lettuce with grilled shrimp, red onion, toasted almonds, feta cheese and grape tomatoes.

Thicker than a basic oil and vinegar blend, this vinaigrette shines on salads!

Instructions
Measure all the ingredients. Blend all ingredients. Taste; add more honey if needed. The amount of honey can also be lessened from the start if you like a really strong vinegar taste. Sugar can be substituted for honey-start with 1 Tbl. Add the olive oil and blend well again.
Twist: Any type of lettuce and vegetable combinations pair wonderfully. Goes well with chicken or fish.
