Strain the crushed tomatoes into a bowl. Add the seasoning stir to combine. Spread on pizza or dip a bread stick. For a thicker version add a little Tomato paste.
Freeze any left overs.
Preheat oven to 325ยบ. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the oats, quinoa, pepitas and sesame seeds. Separately whisk together honey, olive oil, egg white and seasoning. Toss with the dry oat blend. Once coated evenly, spread in an even layer. Bake 20-25 minutes stirring twice. Let cool completely and break into pieces. Store in airtight container for 2 weeks.
In a medium sauce pan, combine the water, vinegar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Place the garlic and sliced peppers in a large mouth canning jar or two smaller jars. Pour in the hot boiled pickling liquid in to each jar, completely covering the peppers but leaving a head space of 1/2" from the top of the jar. Allow to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 10 days before eating. Keep refrigerated and use within 1 month. These peppers can be enjoyed as is or drained of pickling liquid and drizzled with a fresh, herbaceous extra virgin olive oil such as Frantoio, Coratina or FS17.
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse to combine. Allow to process until mixture is coarsely pureed. Taste for seasoning. Serve as a dip alongside crusty bread with goat cheese, grilled vegetables or chicken or tossed with cooked pasta and fresh herbs.

Preheat the oven to 375ยบ. Brush a 9x13x2-inch baking dish with olive oil. In a medium sautรฉ pan, heat 2 T. of olive oil and cook the onions over medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Spread the onion mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.
Slice the potatoes, zucchini, and tomatoes in 1/4 -inch-thick slices. Place them alternately in the dish on top of the onions, as tight as possible in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme and drizzle with 2 T. more of olive oil. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Uncover the dish, sprinkle the cheese on top, and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until browned. Serve warm.

Arbequina EVOO, Gruyere Cheese (can be brought at the Auburn Store)
Pre-heat the oven to 400ยบ. Wash and quarter the potatoes and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Begin a thin drizzle of White Truffle Olive Oil and the Balsamic Vinegar over the potatoes and season with sea salt and pepper. Put in oven on center shelf and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh chive and serve.

Warm a large skillet or work over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, pour in oils, then place whole green beans into the skillet. Stir the beans to coat with oil. Cook until the beans are bright green and slightly browned in spots, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in soy sauce; cover, and let sit about 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Pour the vinegar into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. When vinegar heats to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and reduce vinegar by half โ 1-2 minutes. Combine the honey, lemon juice and vanilla in a small bowl. Whisk in warm vinegar.
