  1. Blend eggs with lemon olive oil. Slowly add EVOO. Blend until smooth. Add salt, red pepper, and onion salt to taste.
  2. Twist: use Butter Olive Oil for a creamy, buttery sauce

  1. Combine & chill above ingredients in large bowl. Toss with dressing of reserved Atomic Frog Ball liquid blended with olive oil (equal parts) to taste. May be topped with grated Parmesan. Add chilled, sliced chicken to serve as entrée.

  • 2 jars roasted red peppers drained
  • 1/4 c Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • Sea Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  1. Place all of the ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve as a spread for crackers, over pasta or with bread

A fresh take on deviled eggs

  1. Peel and then halve each heard-boiled egg, scoop out the yolk of the egg and place into a cold glass bowl. Slice avocado, remove the seed and place the pulp into the same bowl. Slowly sprinkle the Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the mixture and fold, and then thoroughly incorporate the ingredients. Cut bottom right corner of sandwich bag and then spoon mixture into plastic bag and pipe mixture through bag into egg white halves. Finish with 3 sprigs of fresh chive.
  2. Twist: Use any flavored White Balsamic Vinegar from The Olive Twist. Mango, Pomegranate Quince, Cranberry Pear. For more of a zing use Best Boy Sriracha Mustard or Bourbon Barrel Aged Mustard, or Masters Hand MVP Mustard -- all available at the Olive Twist

  1. Cut bread in half lengthwise and then in half widthwise. Combine Butter olive oil and garlic; brush over cut sides of bread. Place on two ungreased baking sheets.
  2. Spread with pesto and spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices.

  1. Whisk together olive oil, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Place 6 cups of dry ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil mixture and toss. Can keep in a tight sealed container for at least one week.

The oil in this recipe can be easily substituted for our Garlic, Chipotle, Wild Mushroom & Sage, Herbs de Provence, Basil, or Truffle Oil.
