Peel and then halve each heard-boiled egg, scoop out the yolk of the egg and place into a cold glass bowl. Slice avocado, remove the seed and place the pulp into the same bowl. Slowly sprinkle the Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper into the mixture and fold, and then thoroughly incorporate the ingredients. Cut bottom right corner of sandwich bag and then spoon mixture into plastic bag and pipe mixture through bag into egg white halves. Finish with 3 sprigs of fresh chive.

Cut bread in half lengthwise and then in half widthwise. Combine Butter olive oil and garlic; brush over cut sides of bread. Place on two ungreased baking sheets.
Spread with pesto and spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices.

Whisk together olive oil, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Place 6 cups of dry ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil mixture and toss. Can keep in a tight sealed container for at least one week.
